Funding Built for the Modern Business

Equipment leases and loans
We arrange financing on new and used commercial equipment for small and mid-size operators.
Typical files:
• Compact construction and earthmoving
• Tree, landscape, and arbor equipment
• Shop, yard, and light industrial assets
• Related titled equipment when the funder accepts it
We work files banks skip when the machine is essential-use — including tree and construction companies that run cash-heavy, ITIN operators, restaurants financing kitchen or build-out equipment, and manufacturers and startups with a real invoice.
What we need to look at a deal: equipment invoice or quote, use case, and recent business bank statements. Additional tax returns or a personal financial statement on larger tickets.
Structures we use
$1 buyout lease
You use the equipment. End of term, you buy it for a dollar. Most small-ticket files land here.
Finance / loan
Titled or higher-ticket units when a loan fits the asset better than a lease.
True lease / FMV
When you want lower payments and a decision at end of term. Used selectively.
Terms follow the asset and the credit file — typically 24 to 60 months on compact iron. Rate and advance are set by the funder, not by a homepage promise. Delayed first payment and low-drive-off structures exist; they are deal-specific, not guaranteed.
